Panna Cotta made with Klostertaler mountain cheese, served with braised pumpkin and verjuice including an aperitif

2. Tasting Station: Gasthof Rössle, Innerbraz
Burnt soup with Aceto Balsamico Pecoraro & sour cheese including a glass of wine

3. Tasting Station: Gasthof Post, Dalaas
Wild boar ravioli with truffle foam, Brussels sprouts, and chestnuts including a glass of wine

4. Tasting Station: Klostertaler Hof - Restaurant Das Guat, Klösterle am Arlberg
Venison loin in bread crust, game sauce, porcini dumplings, and parsnip including a glass of wine

5. Tasting Station: Wirtschaft Traube, Klösterle am Arlberg
Vanilla cream, plums, hyssop foam, spiced milk ice cream including a glass of wine

There is also a vegetarian alternative, and we are happy to accommodate allergies or intolerances.

Return trip by bus at around 10:30 p.m. (people can be taken along on the return journey from Klösterle to Braz)
